In this highly interactive workshop, you and your colleagues will devise practical strategies for managing volunteer push-back. Using a structured facilitation process, the group will use its collective knowledge to build consensus and create action steps to implement in your programs.  After the workshop, you will receive a summary of the action steps as a reference.
